Artistic contest

Even a small deed can help a single person and help change the world into a better place. Send us your choice of artistic work (painting, graphic art, statue) photographed from several angles on the given topic.

Your work will be judged by an expert jury composed of: Jiří David, Erika Bornová, Kurt Gebauer and Eva Eisler.

30 selected works from the literary, photographic and artistic contests will advance to the final round and their authors will be rewarded with a valuable gift!

The dates for the artistic contest are 11 November until 16 March 2009.

Prizes for winners and finalists:

• 1st Place: CZK 40,000, a journey aboard the Winton Train from Prague to London (dates: 1 September 2009 – 4 September 2009), a media internship, a material prize worth ca. CZK 20,000
• 2nd Place: CZK 25,000, a journey aboard the Winton Train from Prague to London (dates: 1 September 2009 – 4 September 2009), a material prize worth ca. CZK 12,000
• 3rd Place: CZK 15,000, a journey aboard the Winton Train from Prague to London (dates: 1 September 2009 – 4 September 2009), a material prize worth ca. CZK 7,000
• 4th and 5th Place: CZK 5,000, a material prize worth ca. CZK 2,000
• 6th – 30th Place: CZK 3,000, a material prize worth ca. CZK 1,000
